The short answer is yes! If you need to book a same-day session, instead of booking online, we ask that you call and/or text us directly at (357)-612-8894 or (929)-361-8014.
We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
WHAT IS THE AGE RANGE FOR THE KIDS?
As we enter Phase 4 of NYC reopening we will accept kids Ages 4 & Up to the supervises play dates in our play-care space. If your child is almost 4, and is comfortable with wearing a mask, please inquire. If space permits we can make exceptions based on case by case bases.
The ONLY other exceptions are if a single family or families from the same household/relatives book all 4 spots in the Play-Care for the duration of their visit, then we will allow kids 2 yrs old and up. Also, we offer an option to book the entire space for private use, if interested please inquire at: email@example.com
ARE KIDS EXPECTED TO WEAR A MASK?
Both kids and and adults are expected to wear a mask in all the common areas. Masks can be removed when sitting at a desk ONLY, applies to kids and adults. For kids we will give them plenty of opportunities to rotate between play in the common area and individual play at a desk throughout the play date so that they can take a break from wearing a mask. Each Desk will be disinfected in between the kids.
The only other exception is if the entire space is booked by a family/families from the same households that include kids Under 4. You will have to fill out health questionnaire and sign a consent form. Adult in the room supervising the kids will wear the mask at all times.
ARE THERE TEMPERATURE CHECKS?
Adults, children & staff are required to have their temperature checked upon arrival. If temperature is above 109.4F per CDC guidelines you will be asked to reschedule.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ADULT ONLY PASS & FAMILY PASSES?
Adults Only Pass allows for individuals to reserve a spot in our co-working space and includes use of our soundproof phone booth or a private office nook ONLY.
Family Pass can be used by 1Adult & 1Child (Sibling Add On is Available). Family Pass or a Monthly Membership includes onsite Child Supervision for the duration of your visit.
CAN BOTH PARENTS USE MONTHLY FAMILY MEMBERSHIP?
Monthly Membership accommodates 1 adult & 1 Child per visit, but it is possible to have parents switch over under the same membership. We only ask that both parents fill our Health Questionnaire, also includes every child attending play-care.
HOW MANY KIDS ARE IN A GROUP?
Due to COVID-19 we reduced capacity by 60% so only 4 kids will be allowed per session. The only exception is if the entire space is booked for a private use.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?
Please be aware that your session is booked for a specific time slot. We will always appreciate a heads up if you are running behind. If you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate your past scheduled time.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM NUMBER OF HOURS I CAN BOOK IN ONE DAY?
Due to Covid-19, for now, we removed 1 & 2hr booking options in order to streamline check in and reduce number of people going in and coming out throughout each session. We will continue to re-evaluate this policy as we move forward and collect feedback from the community.
Adults can book Full Day Pass from 9am-5pm or Extended Day Pass from 9am-10:30pm or a Work Week Pass, M-F from 9am-10:30pm (must be used in a single week). Under each pass you can stay for as long as you need but unused hours can not be carried over to a different day.
Under Family Passes, you can book 4hr AM or PM session or a monthly pass that includes 5-4hr long sessions.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD CRIES OR EXPERIENCES SEPARATION ANXIETY?
Due to Covid-19, if a child cries or experiences separation anxiety we will ask a parent to come into the room right away, and stay with the child until they calm down. If a child still struggles to adjust we will ask that you reschedule your session.
We understand that little ones may need some time to adjust to a new environment and to the new caregivers. We will give each child plenty of individual attention and will figure out if they need to be held or distracted with an activity or a toy.
But if a child experiences separation anxiety & does Not Show Signs of Calming Down After 7 Minutes, We Will Ask Their Parent Or Guardian To Step In The Room And Stay With The Child For The Duration Of The Session.
DO YOU OFFER GENTLE SEPERATION SESSION?
If a child is not used to being cared for by individuals outside of his/her immediate caregiver, and/or if they experience separation anxiety, we will work with you to set up one or more ‘Gentle Separation’ sessions during the weekend. These sessions will help your little one adjust at their own pace to being in a new environment & under the care of new caregivers. Please inquire if you would like more information.
WHAT IF MY CHILD IS NOT POTTY TRAINED?
Our Play-Educators, will change diapers, assist kids with potty training and one of the staff members will always walk a child and assist, if needed, with using the restroom, located in our private hallway.
IF ME OR MY CHILD ARE SICK, CAN WE RESCHEDULE OUR SESSION?
Yes. We will operate on an honor system and extend to every client, including adult and child, up to 3 ‘sick day’ passes per month. Allowing clients to reschedule on the day of their appointment. After that 25% reservation fee will be required to hold your spot.
ARE THERE NAP TIMES?
There are NO naps in the kid activity center, however, if a child 3 years and younger, does fall asleep, we will place them in either your stroller or will use Work & Tot’s Cybex Priam stroller (that lies flat) to have your child nap by your work station. Once they wake up we will bring them back to the play area.
DO YOU SERVE KIDS FOOD?
We do not prepare food on-premises, however, we will be happy to serve your child lunch or a snack that you bring from home or order as take-out. We have both a mini-fridge and a microwave that our members are welcome to use.
Please keep in mind that WE ARE A NUT FREE FACILITY. Please plan accordingly.
WILL STAFF MEMBERS ADMINISTER MEDICINE?
While we always have CPR and First Aid Certified staff member on-site, none of the staff members will administer any medications to a child, since a parent or a guardian is ALWAYS on-site, they and only they will be responsible for administering any medications that a child needs.
DOES MY CHILD NEED SOCKS OR SHOES OR ANYTHING ELSE?
We ask that ALL kids come wearing socks or bring indoor shoes! We do not allow outdoor shoes in our Play Area. Please bring clearly labeled with a Child’s name bottle of water, upon your discretion a change of clothing and/or underwear (especially if a child is not fully potty trained). Clearly labeled (preferably zip lock bag) with diapers and wipes.
ARE MEN WELCOME?
Yes. Our Co-working space will happily accommodate mothers and fathers.
CAN I GET A MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT UTILIZING CHILDCARE?
Yes, based on space and availability. Please inquire directly regarding prices and stipulations.
WHAT IS YOUR GUEST POLICY?
Due to Covid-19, currently we do not allow guests. We will re-evaluate this policy going forward
IS THERE FOOD/DRINK AVAILABLE FOR SALE?
Not at this time. But we do have complimentary coffee/tea.

The easiest way to book your session is through our website. We currently partnered with Cobot to provide both a secure and user-friendly experience to our clients.
